Ritchey Comp Switch Stem 31.8 - BB Black

The front of the Switch stem features the tried-and-true C220 handlebar clamp design seen on many Ritchey stems, but with an increased width for additional stiffness. Beyond that, everything else on this innovative stem is designed to stealthily conceal cables into the headset and frame. Using the Ritchey Switch System spacers and headset (both sold separately), up to four cables – such as for the rear brake, shifter, electronic drivetrain or even the dropper seatpost – can be effortlessly hidden in the frame for a clean cable routing. A matching compression cap completes the integrated design of the Switch stem. Ritchey Switch System The innovative Ritchey Switch System was developed to easily conceal internally routed cables, electric wires and hydraulic lines in the bike frame without much effort. This integrated concept is compatible with frames featuring a 1.5" Straight head tube and a fork with 1 1/8" - 1.5" Tapered steerer. The Switch System consists of three components: a stem, a headset and matching headset spacers.
