Full Carbon Construction A handcrafted wheel with a full-carbon rim and spokes, manufactured using state-of-the-art production processes. PRS Hub System The spiral-shaped ratchet clutch with 72 teeth corresponds to an engagement angle of 5 degrees. This results in 24% faster engagement compared to previous Vision freewheels with 6 pawls and the DT model with 54 teeth/6.6 degrees. The PRS system increases service life while simultaneously reducing power loss during engagement under load. CeramicSpeed Bearings Handcrafted in Denmark and specifically designed for the Vision V-1000 hubs. Featuring extremely smooth Grade 3 silicon nitride balls, hardened steel raceways, reinforced cages, and low-viscosity grease, these bearings significantly reduce friction while increasing efficiency and durability, and come with a 4-year warranty.
