The excellent protection is guaranteed by the successful combination of the polycarbonate outer shell with the double-density EPS inner shell, which was developed to protect the areas of the skull that are most exposed to impacts. The nylon exoskeleton, inspired by auxetic geometries, gives the entire structure durability and rigidity. The innovative integrated MIPS system® also increases protection by reducing the impact of dangerous rotational forces transmitted to the head in the event of a fall. Thanks to all these features, the Linea 01 MIPS EVO helmet meets the strictest safety levels in its category and exceeds all international standards: AS/NZ 2063, ASTM 2032-BMX, ASTM F1952-DH, CE EN1078, CPSC 1203. The structure of the helmet has been specially developed to allow a continuous flow of ventilation and optimum heat exchange even during particularly intense phases of activity. This is achieved thanks to the 29 air intakes strategically distributed over the entire surface of the helmet. The thermal comfort is complemented by an excellent fit. It can be easily customized thanks to the helmet's inner lining and the supplied kit of padding in various thicknesses. The soft interior consists of a removable, antibacterial and odor-inhibiting, easy-to-clean lining. The unique field of vision and the new design of the chin guard offer perfect visibility on any route and in all conditions, even on particularly technical passages. The Linea 01 MIPS® EVO is equipped with a new, easily adjustable, fixed and stable visor and is now also camera-ready. It can be closed quickly, practically and securely thanks to the Fidlock® magnetic closure system, which can also be operated with gloves.
