In the quest for continuous improvement, the RoS 3 is more revolution than evolution. It is significantly more breathable and water-repellent than its predecessor. It is also more stretchy, allowing for a close fit without constriction. It offers optimal ventilation through zippered vents and a two-way zipper that opens from the bottom. It's slightly thinner than its predecessor for mild weather rides, but with a few layers of insulation it's also suitable for very cold conditions.
