The adapter plate serves as a connection between the pedal's magnet and an SPD cycling shoe (2-hole mounting standard). The metal plate is suitable for use with magnetic SPORT, SPORT2, ENDURO, ENDURO2, ULTRA, ULTRA2 as well as GRAVEL pedals. Unlike other systems, dirt is not a problem for magped pedal plates. In addition, walking comfort with the cycling shoes is greatly improved. In the STRONG version, the shoe plates increase the pulling force of a 200 N neodymium magnet by approx. 30 %. However, they have no effect on the pulling force of magnets with 100 N or 150 N.
