Two different cheekpads are included for each of the three sizes, allowing for a custom fit and quick, easy removal via the snap-button system in the event of a fall. The scope of delivery includes two different cheekpads for each of the three sizes. The Insurgent is very lightweight, yet offers added safety thanks to efficient Spherical Technology™. Additional features include a patent-pending Flex Zone at the bottom edge of the helmet. The integrated Allen key slot ensures easy disassembly, and a central visor screw hole serves as an ideal mount for action cameras. The Insurgent Spherical utilizes two inner helmet shells that function like a ball and a socket to redirect impact energy during a crash. One shell is made of EPS foam, which effectively absorbs energy during high-speed crashes. The other shell is made of lower-density EPP foam with rebound properties that absorb energy during low-speed crashes. Flex-Zone The flex zone at the bottom edge of the helmet helps prevent collarbone fractures in certain cases, featuring tool-free snap-off visor screws with an integrated hex key slot for easy removal.
