Expressed in numbers, the unit with 5 titanium sprockets for the 11-36 teeth cassette puts only 113 grams on the scale, while the version with 4 titanium sprockets for the 10-33 teeth cassette weighs even just 84 grams. Compared to the equivalent from the Super Record 13 series, this means a total weight saving of 30 grams (10-33 teeth) or 44 grams (11-36 teeth). The results are an optimized efficiency, more direct gear changes and a correspondingly faster engagement with every pedal stroke.
