Top of the Range The new top-of-the-range model in Bianchi's aero racing collection, the Oltre RC has been designed for the most extreme athletes looking for maximum speed. The Oltre RC introduces the hyperbike concept. Created for World Tour racing and professionals, the Oltre RC dominates airflow, thus reducing aerodynamic resistance and increasing the speed of the overall bike-athlete system. To create an aero bike that controls airflow, Bianchi borrowed ideas from innovative technology sectors, including automotive, aerospace and architecture. The goal is to lead the air to very specific areas of the frame, ensuring airflow is as close to the surfaces of the bike and rider as possible. The far-thinking design is enhanced by a judicious balance of paint and exposed carbon, creating a fearsome racing aesthetic that never for a second compromises on the overall weight of the Oltre.
