Shimano GRX RD-RX827 Rear Derailleur - Di2 | Shadow ES | 12-speed - long (SGS)
GRX Di2 – Gravel Goes Wireless. With components specifically designed for 1x12-speed drivetrain systems, the GRX series is celebrating its debut in the completely wireless shifting segment. The focus is on the RD-RX827 rear derailleur, which is based on the wireless models of the XTR M9250 series. The 1-speed concept is complemented by the BL-RX825 brake lever and the WH-RX810 wheels. Equipped like this, gravel athletes can experience what ultimate reliability means on any terrain – whether racing, back-roading on remote trails or on your next all-day adventure. Shimano GRX RD-RX827-SGS rear derailleur Developed specifically for 1x12-speed drivetrains, the GRX rear derailleur combines wireless functionality with immense durability. The ideal prerequisite for seamless performance and precise shifting in any terrain as well as in rough and muddy conditions. The wide, cleverly arranged linkage, the skid plate design and the robust derailleur pulleys not only increase resistance, but also minimize the risk of dirt ingress. No less well protected is the battery (not included), which is housed inside the derailleur housing and cannot slip even in rough terrain, but can still be easily removed when the next charge is due. Thanks to the Shadow ES construction, the electronic Di2 rear derailleur features a slim, wedge-shaped low profile design. The stabilizer also fits seamlessly into the housing, so there are no edges that could come into contact with obstacles. The result is a significantly reduced risk of stone strikes or hits. If an impact does occur, the rear derailleur not only absorbs it, but is immediately returned to its original position with the help of the automatic recovery function. Furthermore, the innovative chain stabilization technology with its double spring design ensures a higher chain tension and correspondingly excellent chain retention.
