The characteristics of each compound and their arrangement are determined according to the desired properties of the tire. Different Dual Compounds are used depending on the tire category. For example, the compounds of Gravel and Downhill tires differ considerably. EXO Protection This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of the tire. It is very densely woven, lightweight and very flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains convincingly good. Tubeless Ready Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can ride with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. Wide Trail tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35 mm, but work excellently on all rims with an inner dimension of 30-35 mm.
