NEW VALVE TRIO SIMPLIFIES TUBELESSASSEMBLY With the new Tubeless-valves, handling and mounting of Tubeless-tyres has become much easier again. Wider base, shorter cone, inner allan key socket, enlarged O-ring are the technical detail improvements that make the difference. 40mm: for rim height up to 30mm. 4,6g 60mm: for rim height 30 to 50mm. 5,4g 80mm: for rim height 40 bis 65mm. 7,2g 100mm: for rim height 50 to 85mm. 7,3g SUITABLE SHAFT LENGTH For all common rim heights, there are suitable stem lengths (40 mm / 60 mm / 80 mm / 100 mm). This means that a valve extension is no longer necessary and air loss is excluded. SIMPLE HANDLING The handling is even easier due to the increased inner diameter at the valve base from 2.4 to 4 mm. This facilitates the flow of air and sealing milk. The risk of valve blockages due to sealing milk particles has also been minimised. INTERNAL HEXAGON AND SHORTER CONE With the allen key wrench (4 mm) the valve foot can be mounted more firmly in the rim without overtightening the foot. With its shortened cone, the valve foot sinks even deeper into the valve hole. Thereby the installation height is lower and there is more space in the rim for the tyre beads. O-RING Thanks to the O-ring, the valve adapts perfectly to the different rim contours, while the valve nut prevents damage to the rim. Thus the previously required spacer sleeve is no longer necessary. DESIGN The high-quality, noble design of the valve fits perfectly to the stylish and sporty bike.
